イベント出店に伴う発送スケジュールおよびお問い合わせについて

いつも当ショップをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

誠に勝手ながら、2026年9月19日（土）〜 10月13日（火）の期間は
イベント出店と準備のため商品の発送業務を一時お休みさせていただきます。

期間中もオンラインショップからのご注文は通常通り24時間受け付けておりますが、
お届けまでに通常よりお時間をいただきます。
ご了承の上、ご注文いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

■発送スケジュールについて

・9月18日（金）までのご入金確認分：順次発送いたします。

・9月19日（土）以降〜10月13日（火）のご注文分：10月14日（水）より順次発送いたします。

■お問い合わせについて

休業期間中もメールやメッセージでのお問い合わせは受け付けております。

ただし、通常よりも返信にお時間をいただく場合がございます。

原則として3日以内にはお返事いたしますが、何卒ご理解くださいまうようお願い申し上げます。

国産果実で、無添加の手作りジャムを
Chez.BonBonでは、国産の果実を使用し、丁寧に手作りしたジャムをお届けしています。
果物本来の香りや味わいを大切に、素材の個性を最大限に引き出すことを心がけています。

ゲル化剤・着色料・酸味料・保存料などの食品添加物は使用しておりません。
(一部特別な商品を除く)

やさしい甘さと丁寧な製法
お砂糖には、北海道産のビートグラニュー糖を使用。
素材の風味をやさしく引き立て、過剰な甘さを控えた、
からだにやさしい味わいに仕上げています。
また、一度に大量生産はせず、素材の状態を見極めながら火にかけ、
短時間で煮込むことで、果実の色・香り・食感を大切にしています。

Handmade, Additive-Free Jams Made with Japanese Fruit

At Chez.BonBon, we create carefully handmade jams using fruit grown in Japan.
We value the natural aroma and flavor of each fruit, and aim to bring out its true character to the fullest.

We do not use any food additives such as gelling agents, colorings, or preservatives
(except for a small number of special products).

Gentle Sweetness, Thoughtful Craftsmanship

For sweetness, we use beet granulated sugar produced in Hokkaido.
It gently enhances the natural flavor of the fruit while keeping the sweetness light and balanced, creating a taste that feels kind to the body.

Rather than producing in large batches, we cook our jams in small quantities, carefully observing the condition of the fruit.
By simmering them for a short time, we preserve their natural color, aroma, and texture.
